Another beautiful day

Kenneth think we have enough with pictures of Harald on this blog,
but he's so cute! I can't help putting a few more...

Couple of weeks ago we found two chairs at the garbage, you can see them in the "art-room" on the pictures below. Here is a picture of a chair I got from the neighbours last week. And now we found even more chairs, that I want to have on the balcony in church.

This room will be our art room.
We already done some cleaning up, going through the closet,
taking stuff to the dumpster, packed some clothes for the gypsy camp...
and found some nice fabrics that Lena will make something fun with some day.

The other day we found two chairs at the garbage bin in town.
Lena is planing for a creative corner in the curch in a way to keep it open some days a week.
The idea is to to have the church open for anyone that want to talk, have a cup of coffee or maybe join the work in our "creative corner" (any kind of creativ art, using paint, fabric, flotsam, marble etc)
Anyway, in order to make our chairs new and nice for our creativ room, Lena set of to buy some paint.
Not knowing where to buy paint she was asking our neighbours... in greek.
She didn't quite understand their answare and one of them decided to come with to show her the way. And took her to... the butcher :-)
I guess we need to work on our greek...

Music makes the world rock!

School of rock has started!

Last Sunday Kenneth held his first lesson with some kids wanting to play in a band.
Well it's more about having fun, by learning two chords you have enough to write a cool rocksong! One of the kids that came had only learned to play by notes so now the challenge is to learn him to play by ear wich is much more real and alive says Kenneth (on the other hand Kenneth himself can't read notes).

On Saturdays Kenneth and Dimitri are having biblestudies, studying about the red thread in the bible.

We've been fishing

We been out fishing twice. First time we got two nice fishes in no time and good so because Lena was not dressed to stand in the cool wind that we now have (actually they were very nice fishes our neighbour told us the next day but we gave them to the cat).
Second time we went out it was really windy and quite some thounder! We had to watch out for the water smashing up on the pier we were standing on. Only thing we brought home to our cat though was this small ones we got with the net, we could have taken plenty of those though, they where all over.
