Another day on my way to work

Thursday night at Tulpanvägen
I guess we never got a picture of our "dolmades",
this "Greek" tasty dish of grape-leaf filled with a rice and mentha mix.
mmm will be no problem to live with the Greek kitchen!
Today we made another dish with rice.
Now we found our inspiration in a more easten country though...
instead of grape-leaf we where using seaweed and for a spicy tuch wasabi
mmm just as yummy

Now the date for our sale is certain.
It will take place on April 17 (still not for sure where it will be hold but book the date in your agenda!).
The big sale when we will say good bye to our welfare way of living
and say hello to freedom and flexibility. We bring what fits in a car (well that's not true... we still have too many things we don't want to say good bye to... or it's just that our car is too small, we'll see)

How to make time to move faster!
While waiting for departure time to Thassos one can spend time baking!
Kenneth did bagels for the first time. Very yummy ones with cinnamon and raisins.
It was a little like doing "Palt" regarding the boiling part.
Palt is a northern swedish delicious dish made of potato and pork, you eat it with lingon berry jam and butter. Kenneth is determined to teach the greeks to love it!
Our preparations for the move is going good but the time is going soooo sloooooow...
We haven't got one of our cars sold yet though, but there is still a month to go...
It's a nice car and economical to drive. Anyone interested?
Then of course there is more sorting and fixing to do, things to take care of and papers to fill in...
We have got some new hints about what to get involved in when we're in Greece. It's good to have something more concrete to look forward to. We'll get back to that when we know for sure.
But for now we have to keep ourself occupied with all sorts of things.
